We accept returns for store credit or exchange for an item of same
value or more. A return must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process and receive authorization. For domestic orders you may request a pre-paid return label, the cost of which (an estimated $15) will be deducted from
your total at the time we process your return.
Alternatively, you can create your own return label and manage the shipment yourself.Once you’ve received a return authorization, you have up to (3) business days to mail your return.
Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and
must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any
returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, or without prior authorization.
Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.
*Items acquired from third-party retail partners should be returned to the initial point of purchase.
