shipping

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

V.BELLAN is not liable for lost shipments when the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. 

V.BELLAN is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, and/or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

production

All orders are handmade to order.

Production lead time for all products is between 1-3 weeks, before the item ships. Specific production
lead time is on each product page.

If you need your order rushed there is a "Rush Production" fee of $35.

All products are available in high polish or matte finish upon request. 

The finish of the product may not be altered once the order is complete.

Sterling silver pieces will have a rhodium finish.

*FINE JEWELRY*

Every solid gold (fine jewelry) product showcased on this website is meticulously crafted on an individual basis for every customer. We take great care to guarantee that each item attains the exceptional quality standards anticipated by our customers upon receiving their VB piece. We acknowledge the challenges of purchasing jewelry online, as it's an item best experienced through touch and sight. In the rare event that you are not
entirely content with your purchase, kindly reach out to us via email (info@vbellan.com) within 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process and receive authorization.

Kindly note that returns and/or exchanges
cannot be accommodated for customized or engraved items.

 Enjoy a complimentary one-time cleaning service within the first
year of purchase. Please email info@vbellan.com to initiate the cleaning process. 

Return and exchange shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.

CARING FOR FINE JEWELRY

For cleaning solid gold jewelry, utilize a mixture of warm water and soap without detergent, along with a microfiber cloth. Safeguard your gold pieces by storing them in soft cloth bags or the original box to shield them from everyday environmental exposure.

*FASHION JEWELRY*

We accept returns for store credit or exchange for an item of same
value or more. A return must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt.

Please email us at info@vbellan.com to start the return process and receive authorization. For domestic orders you may request a pre-paid return label, the cost of which (an estimated $15) will be deducted from
your total at the time we process your return. 

Alternatively, you can create your own return label and manage the shipment yourself. Once you’ve received a return authorization, you have up to (3) business days to mail your return.

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and
must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any
returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, or without prior authorization.

Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.

CARING FOR FASHION JEWELRY

Your V.BELLAN purchase features a base metal of brass or sterling silver and is plated in 18k Yellow Gold or Silver with Rhodium. To maintain the beauty of your piece, avoid wearing plated jewelry while swimming, bathing, exercising, or using perfumes, lotions, or hair products. For cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth (avoid buffing). Refrain from using water, harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or cloths, as they may affect the piece's finish.

Certain metals, such as vermeil (plated) and sterling silver, may be susceptible to tarnishing. Store your jewelry in your original VB pouch or safe dry place.

Please note that V.BELLAN is not responsible for the upkeep or improper care of your jewelry.
